  准备填料:苹果切块、洋葱切片,放进小锅里,加水1杯,放入迷迭香与鼠尾草,翻炒至洋葱变软即可。

  烤箱预热至350度。将火鸡送进烤箱,上面盖一张铝箔纸(松松盖上即可,不要密封),中间每半小时刷一次脆皮糖水,烤3个小时之后,揭开铝箔纸继续烤至上色。

  准备肉汁:烤好出炉后,用铝箔纸包好,静置半小时。倒出烤盘底部烤鸡泌出的汤汁,过滤出1杯份量(这时应该已经放凉了),加入中筋面粉、鸡高汤,拌匀过滤,放入小汤锅里加热搅拌至汤汁浓稠,加入盐与黑胡椒粉调味,最后加入柠檬汁拌匀熄火即可。
