　　It was the first day of our transient journey .I’m determined to make a unforgettable beginning although I was quite exhausted after almost 10-hour train trip.

　　I was amazed by the magnificent Lijiang river and peculiar Guilin mountains.I heard about Lijiang River when I was very young,as both the water and mountains here hold a world-famous

　　reputation,so I was very glad to have the chance to be here to enjoy the scenic beauty.As soon as we arrived,teachers rent some boats for us to enjoy Lijiang River.Under the guide’s specific and interesting introduction,we get much knowledge about the scenery.What impreme most are those fascinating mountains with different shaps.They look like all kinds of animals,some like camels from far distance,some like horses if you look at them attentively,while others can be imagined as various kinds of things if you try to imagine them.While the water flowing in the Lijiang River is greener than other river’s.You unable to find the bottom even looking from the shallowest places.

　　Undoubtedly, this is a quite successful beginning.I’m deeply entranced by Guilin.I’m sure the rest of the journey is full of enjorment and surprises.

　　“I heard that we will go to visit the Big Banyan Tree and then climb the Moon Hill”,my roomate told me when I woke up this morning.I was so excited that I quickly got dressed and washed,being the first one reached at the assembling place.After confirming all the students were present,Mrs.gan guided some students to ride bycicles while the rest of student would get to the destination by bus.I was one of the students by bus as I was unable to ride the bycicle even though I despaerately want to.After almost an hour,we got to the destination.We didn’t go to visit the the Big Banyan Tree as soon as we arrived,instead,we went to visit the Former Residence of Liu Sanjie,where we learned a lot of knowledge about the culture of Zhuang nationality,moreover,the guide there told us the legend of Big Banyan Tree.What interested me most is the three unique features of Big Banyan Tree.It is said that it is the three unique features that make Big Banyan Tree so

　　famous.When we finally got to the Big Banyan Tree,I was shocked by it.It was a pity that we couldn’t close to it but stand outside the fence.I imagined that lots of yough people came here to expretheir deep love towards each other.In the afternoon,we went to climb the Moon Hill.The weather being hot,many students wre not willing to climb.After a few minutes’ rest,all of us followed the guides’ direction,climbing the steps one after another.During the course,we came acromany foreigner.They said they quite enjoy such a fitneexercise and the scenery on the top of the Hill was spectacular.

　　I was exhaused when I came back to the hotel,but today I really made great harvest.

　　This August I found a new job which is a recruiting manager of a famous software company. Because of the operation of our company is providing world-class IT solutions to global clients. So every position requires good English communication skills including mine. In this job I lead a hiring team and be responsible for supporting staffer needs of the testing department. The latter half of the year is the busiest period, because many new projects have been processing. Almost all the project teams are short of hands. Software outsourcing is an agreement that provides deadlines for completion of the work. If we could not find employable engineers in time, the vender must change the order to other competitory company. In order to drive for quality hire with short cycle time. I communicate with testing projects leaders to know every projcet’s distinctive characteristic, technical details, position salary and tensity of the task. Then list a rate of progress, arrange recruiters in charge of different project according this plan. For expedite the recruiting progress, I also take on the role with responsibility for ADOBE and EMC (clients’ company). Define the job and recruiting action plan. Choosing resumes, interviewing with candidates and commending qualified candidates to attend client’s final test are my daily grind, to most effectively coordinate with staffing processes. If the candidates pass the final test, we will announce correlative dept to transact procedure. Implement testing department staffing processes to ensure compliance. Up to last month our recruiter team has hired seventy eight qualified staffers including I found the nineteen engineers.

　　Portugal as his English was wonderful and fluent.Later I learned about he had stayed in English for 15 years.He told me the importance to garsp every opportunity in our lives just like him,as he found the job totally by accident.At last,we move our topic to the superstation.I told him my mother asked me to eat a lot of fish as to get smart when I was very young.He said it was called superstation and he didn’t believe it.I think he is right to some extent as some superstation does no good to us but disturb our lives.I’m sure it will be a unforgettable conversation. I’ve made with foregners because I really learned a lot.

　　Tonight, I went to a English corner.It is held by an old man,who was a teacher in America, and seems knowledgeable. He holds English cornor everyday night with free charge. His aim is to help those English learners and guides them find the most efficient way to learn English. At first, he asked us to make a self-introduction and then let each of us ask him at least one question.He gave each question we asked the most specific explanation. The topic that impreme most is that he pointed the weakneof Chinese education system. He hold the idea that the Chinese teachers are lack of creativation and encouraged teachers to tutor rather than teach their students.He also give a lot of useful methods to improve English abilities such as words pronunciation,listening and grammar. At last, he gave us questions and discussed with us together.I think this clais unforgettable. I learned much from it.
